Owner- Hal Koozer

Hal Koozer is an 18 year police veteran and currently working for a local law enforcement agency as a supervisor.  He has taught several years in the Mesa School District as a D.A.R.E. Officer and in many other specialty assignments. Hal has been married to his sweetheart for twenty one years and together they have raised six children. Hal is active in his church and in the community.  He has served as a scout leader and a youth sports coach.

Business Manager- Wills Jolley

William K. Jolley is an active student at W.P. Carey School of Business of ASU.  He is studying Economics and Finance.   He is from Vernal, UT and is married to his wonderful wife Bailey Koozer Jolley. The couple resides in Mesa, AZ and are looking forward to their first child.  Wills has played an active role in his church and is an Eagle Scout.  Wills has served his church for two years in Germany and has driven on the autobahn many times.  Therefore and thus he is experienced in driving. 

Instructor- Steve Judd

Stephen Judd is a 16 year police veteran and also working for a local law enforcement agency.  Stephen is also a supervisor and currently the Public Information Officer. (You may have seen him on T.V.) He too has spent many years in the Mesa public school system as a D.A.R.E. Officer and also School Resource Officer. Together with his wonderful wife of twenty years, they have also raised six children.  Stephen is also very active in his church and community.  He has held positions in scouting as well.

Instructor- Chris Evans

Chris Evans is an 8 year police veteran and is also working for a local law enforcement agency.  Chris is a patrol officer and a police explorer post advisor. Early in his career Chris was a motorcycle officer and was assigned to the traffic division while specializing in DUI cases.  Chris and his lovely wife have been married for 8 years, and have two children. Chris and his wife have started an AWANA ministry at their church where they are very active.
